How do I get started?

These prices aren’t the prices I’m expecting

The prices offered are set by Venne in Euros (EUR). These prices have been converted to either USD (US dollar) or CAD (Canadian dollar) using the exchange rates automatically obtained from https://openexchangerates.org/.

How is shipping calculated?

There is no markup on shipping, i.e. we offer shipping at the same cost Venne charge us.

Venne calculate shipping by charging €22.40 per box plus an additional €6.25 for every kg. The box sizes they offer are 5 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg.

Our B2B portal implements shipping calculations differently - it calculates shipping costs by weight ranges. Therefore the weight ranges we offer for shipping rates are as follows:

Anything above 20 kg is a multiple of the 20 kg rate.

I only added one cone and the shipping rate jumped substantially, why?

If you find that adding a small number of products causes a large jump in the shipping cost then it’s probable that your shipping weight has moved into the next range.

I’ve ordered 10 kg of yarn but I’m being charged for 20 kg of shipping, why?

Bear in mind that the published weight of a yarn is not its shipping weight as the cone or spool is included in shipping calculations too.
